Freeman Low Density Filler

Freeman Low Density Fillers are hollow glass spheres used to reduce weight and shrinkage in epoxy and urethane resins. These fillers are ideal to create porous backup for vacuum form fixtures and tools. Fillers can also be added to mass cast epoxies to lower exotherm allowing greater casting thickness for large negative mold construction.

Freeman Low Density Fillers are available in two sizes.

The Freeman 120 Low Density Filler is 2-4mm diameter and has a bulk density of 12 pounds per cubic foot.

The Freeman 240 Low Density Filler is 4-8mm diameter and has a bulk density of 11 pounds per cubic foot.
