Chem-Trend 88-G Aerosol Release

Chem-Trend 88-G is a semi-permeant, dry-film release and lubricant. As a release, 88-G offers excellent release of a variety of materials such as epoxies, polyesters, and vinyl and is well-suited to a span applications ranging from hand layups to compression molding. This material will not transfer to molded parts and is also formulated to bond tightly to the mold surface, resulting in superior abrasion resistance. As a lubricant, 88-G exhibits anti-sticking properties for dry lubrication of equipment such rollers, guides, and conveyors. Chem-Trend 88-H contains PFAS and has been discontinued by Chem-Trend and replaced with 88-G.

The TDS for 88-G is currently unavailable. However, application is the same as 88-H, please see below:
1. SHAKE CAN WELL BEFORE USE.
2. Apply only to clean surfaces. A continuous film is required for proper performance. Recommended for mold temperatures above 121°C/250°F. 3. Hold can 20-25cm (8-10") from surface.
4. Apply a light, uniform coating using a sweeping motion. DO NOT OVER SPRAY.
